Food for Thought



A farmer offered me this pearl the other day: Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not using it in a fruit salad.

    Wisdom is using it in a fruit salsa! One heirloom tomato and one perfect peach, chopped, with some mint and basil, olive oil, lemon and salt. Perfect.
